RETURN POLICY

 

 

1. REFUNDS

 

Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

 

- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging

- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.

- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

If the listed conditions are not met, Golden Girl Hair LLC reserves the right to refuse a refund.

 

2. RETURNS

 

To initiate a return, please contact customer service by e-mail at goldengirlhairllc@yahoo.com. Golden Girl Hair LLC will pay for the cost of return shipping. We will provide a shipping label, or reimburse you otherwise for return shipping.
